摘　　要：记者：沈教授,很高兴能采访您!我的第一问题是,基于什么样的原因,您提出上海应建设新＂四个中心＂——国际科教中心、国际文化娱乐中心、国际医疗健康中心、国际经济中心？沈晗耀：未来十年二十年,中国将逐渐取代美国成为＂世界第一大经济体＂,同时,长三角都市圈成为世界第一大都市圈。自然地,上海作为长三角的龙头城市,也应该像纽约、伦敦一样成为国际一线大都市。这是上海一直以来在孜孜追求的梦想。然而,我想说的是,理想很丰满,现实却很骨感。近观上海的发展态势,形势并不容乐观,Why you suggest 'the new fourcenter'? Shen:In the next 10 to 20 years,China will take place of USA to become the world No.1 economic group.And at the same time,Shanghai doesn't goes very well these years.If we keep it continue,after 10 to 20 years,Shanghai will lose its importan place,and the world top big city will only be a dream. So,we need to focus on the changing of Shanghai.That is why i wanna sugges'the new fout center'. What is the meaning of 'the new four center' to Shanghai? Shen:Science and technology are the first power. Science and Education Center is critical to the enhancement of the competitiveness of a city. A country, if they are lack of world-class scientific and educational center, it is impossible to become the economic center of the world. Why there is no shipping transport? Shen:Because after all these years,theshipping transport of China is almost done. There will be a lot of cost ,would it be the new chance for economic? Shen:Even if there will be a lot of cost for,it could be good.First after the project finish,the big investment will bring back a lot of domestic demand.And then after ,it could be an big increasing for the economic. What is the most important thing for 'the new four centers'? Shen:I think the most important 3 things are Change,Open and Creative.
