摘　　要：目的:探讨郑氏经穴腹部对按摩预防骨折卧床患者功能性便秘的临床疗效,并规范其护理方案。方法:以306例连续卧床制动时间>72 h的骨折卧床患者随机分为实验组、对照A组和对照B组各102例,实验组采用郑氏经穴腹部按摩配合常规护理,对照A组采用常规护理,对照B组采用常规腹部按摩配合常规护理;通过首次排便时间、粪便性状、伴随感觉及患者满意度比较三组的临床疗效。结果:实验组总体疗效和首次排便时间、粪便性状、伴随感觉及患者满意度等指标优于对照A、B组(P<0.05)。结论:郑氏经穴腹部按摩具有预防效果好、无副作用、简便易行、患者依从性高等优点,值得临床推广。Objective： To investigate the clinical curative effect of Zheng abdominal massage with acupoints on the prevention of func- tional constipation of in - bed fractures patients and standardize its nursing program. Methods ： 306 fracture patients who were in bed （ im- mobilization time ） more than 72 hours were randomly divided into an experimental group, control group A and control group B （102 cases in each group ）. Zheng abdominal massage with acupoints combined with routine nursing care was implemented in the experimental group; routine nursing care was taken in the control group A; the conventional abdominal massage combined with routine nursing care was used in the control group B. The clinical curative effect was compared through the observation of the first time of defeeation, characteristics of stool, concomitant feeling and patient satisfaction among the three groups. Results： The overall curative effect, the first time of defeca- tion, characteristics of stool, concomitant feeling and patient satisfaction were superior in the experimental group to the control group A and B （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Zheng abdominal massage with acupoints has the good prevention effect and no side effects, the method is simple and convenient and patient compliance is higher.
