摘 要:通过炉尘取样 ,分析了宝钢高炉喷煤比增大到 2 0 0 kg/ t时炉尘灰量、炉尘碳含量及其中未燃煤粉含量的变化 ;分析了影响炉尘及未燃煤粉吹出量的因素。利用碳平衡模型对煤粉在炉内不同途径的消耗量进行了解析 ,计算和实测结果表明煤粉在炉内基本全部被消耗利用。根据数据回归证明高风温是实现高煤比和强化燃烧的基础 。By means of analyzing samples, the change of blast furnace (BF) dust volume, carbon and unburned pulverized coal (UPC) content in dust at injected pulverized coal ratio (IPCR) of 200 kg/t on BF and the factors which may influence the volume of BF dust and char flowed off is studied By applying the carbon balance model the consumption of PC in different ways in BF is interpreted Both the calculated and measured results indicate that the PC are substantially consumed in BF According to the statistical data, the high blast temperature is the basic condition of high IPCR and intensified combustion, while the O 2 enrichment is only a necessary factor
