摘  要:利用 THERMECMASTER-Z热 /力模拟机对 0 0 Cr2 0 Ni18Mo6Cu[N]高钼氮奥氏体不锈钢进行单道次热压缩试验 ,研究其动态力学行为和热加工特性 ,建立了其动态再结晶动力学方程 ,并从位错理论出发 ,建立了一个考虑了动态再结晶的完整的流变应力模型 ,并将模型预报值与实验值进行比较和验证 ,表明其具有很高的精确度 ,还对变形后压缩模拟试样进行了动态组织结构的研究 。By hot compression simulation test on the THERMECMASTER Z simulator, the dynamic mechanical behavious and hot deformability of high molybdenum and nitrogen austenitic stainless steel 00Cr20Ni18Mo6Cu[N] have been investigated The kinetic equation of dynamic recrystallization has been established According to dislocation theory, a perfect flow stress model with a consideration of dynamic recrystallization has also been established The high accuracy of the model has been proved by comparing the calculated results based on the model and experiment results Meanwhile, the microstructure of deformed samples after hot compression has also been investigated dynamically, effect of various hot deformation conditions on dynamic recrystallization and microstructure has been analyzed and studied
