摘 要:在分析立槽煤工作面瓦斯来源构成的基础上,结合乌东煤矿北采区B3-6煤层工作面实际情况,提出了采用钻孔重点抽采本阶段和下阶段煤层瓦斯,采空区上隅角插管抽放与掘进工作面三维抽放瓦斯的瓦斯治理方法,从源头上减少瓦斯向工作面涌出。经过半年多的实践,回风瓦斯浓度最高0.24%,上隅角瓦斯浓度始终在1%以下,掘进面瓦斯浓度最高0.5%,效果明显,实现了瓦斯异常区域工作面的安全、高产、高效。Based on analysing the gas source constitutes on vertical coal working face,according to actual situation of B3.6 coal seam in northern mining area of Wudong Coal Mine,gas comprehensive control measure was proposed that extracting coal seam gas in current stage and the next stage,gas drainage by draining pipelines in upper corner,and triaxial gas drainage on driving face. The purpose of using this measures is to reduce the gas emission on root. After six months' of practice,the highest gas concentration in return air is 0.24% ,and the gas concentration in upper corner is always below 1% ,and driving working is 0.5% highest. The usage of gas drainage method has a- chieved significant effects, and realized the safety, high production and high efficiency on working face in gas abnormal areas.
