我国耕地社会保障功能的初步研究

摘　　要：从我国农地制度和农村社会保障制度的发展历程出发,分析了耕地的社会保障功能,测算出耕地社会保障功能的价值,得出在我国现在的国情下,耕地社会保障功能仍然发挥着巨大的作用。The society security functions of cultivated land were analyzed from the history of the rural land system and the rural social security system at first. Then, the value of social security functions for cultivated land was calculated. The results indicated that the social security function of cultivated land still plays a very important role in China at present.
