摘　　要：从宏观分布、技术发展特点、法律状态等方面,分析了2006～2010年在我国公开的农作物病害防治制剂专利的发展态势,预测了其未来发展趋势,并对重要农作物水稻的病害防治制剂专利进行了分析,为我国防治农作物病害工作的开展提供导向和参考。The development trend of open patents of control preparations for crop disease in China from 2006 to 2010 was analyzed in terms of macro distribution, technical characteristics and legal status at first. Then, its development tendency in the future was forecasted, meanwhile, the patents of control preparations for rice＇s diseases were also analyzed in order to provide guidance and reference for preventing and controlling crop diseases in China.
