提高包钢烧结矿还原透气性的研究

摘　　要：采用配矿和调整烧结矿碱度的方法，研究提高包钢烧结矿还原透气性的途径。试验结果指出，在混合料中配入３０－４０％的河北精矿，将烧结矿碱度由现在的１．８降至１．４可明显提高包钢烧结矿的还原透气性。Test works have been carried out searching measure to improve reducibility and permeability of Baotou Steel iron ore sinter by adding Hebei iron concentrate into bland raw material and decreasing basicity of foe sinter. Test results show that adding 30 - 40% Hebei iron concentrate into foe bland raw material and decreasing basicity of the sinter from 1. 8 to 1 .4 improves reducibility and permeability of Baotou Steel iron ore sinter obviously.
