摘  要:直接转矩控制在应用中要解决的主要问题就是低速区较大的磁链脉动和转矩脉动。空间电压矢量直接转矩控制(SVM-DTC)应用于永磁同步电机(PMSM)驱动系统中,能够有效地减小磁链脉动和转矩脉动。本文基于定子电流进行磁链观测,进而根据磁链误差电压矢量方法,借助空间矢量调制方法,计算同时满足磁链和转矩要求的电压矢量。通过dSPACE硬件在回路仿真平台进行验证,验证了控制方法的有效性。Flux and torque disturbance are the major drawback of direct torque control (DTC) applied in electric drives. Space vector modulation direct torque control (SVM-DTC) was introduced in the permanent magnet syehronous motor (PMSM) drive, to eliminate flux and torque disturbance caused by traditional method. Firstly, flux observation was constructed based on the stator current, and then the desired voltage vectors were calculated by flux error voltage vector method and space vector modulation, to satisfy both the flux and the torque requirements. Finally, this proposed method was tested through hardware-in-loop simulation system assistant with dSPACE real-time simulator, and measured results verify the feasibility of this method.
