摘  要:为了得到阻燃性能最佳的季戊四醇双磷酸蜜胺盐(MPP),利用正交设计法研究由磷酸、季戊四醇和三聚氰胺制备季戊四醇双磷酸蜜胺盐(MPP).通过方差分析,探讨了原料配比对MPP阻燃性能的影响.实验结果表明:磷酸和季戊四醇用量的改变对MPP的膨胀度和剩炭率影响显著,三聚氰胺的用量对MPP的膨胀度和剩炭率无明显影响.MPP制备的最佳原料(磷酸、季戊四醇和三聚氰胺物质的量)配比为3∶1∶3.MPP添加质量分数为30%可使聚氨脂泡沫(PUF)氧指数达27.2%,MPP使PUF燃烧过程中的热量释放、CO和CO2排放大大降低.To obtain best flame retardance of melamine salt of pentaerythritol bisphosphate(MPP), the orthogonal design was utilized to study MPP prepared by phosphoric acid, pentaerythritol and lnelamine. The effects of materials ratio on MPP flame retardation were investigated by variance analysis. The experimental results showed that the varied phosphoric acid, pentaerythritol had obvious influences on MPP swelling degree and charyield, and contents of melamine had no great influences on the MPP swelling degree and char yield. Optimum materials mole ratio of phosphoric acid, pentaerythritol and melamine was 3 : 1 : 3.30; of MPP were added into polyurethane foam(PUF)to get 27.2; of LOI. For flame retardant PUF, heat release, CO and CO2 release were much decreased.
