摘 要:2011年3月和7月对潭江浮游植物样品进行了采集,共鉴定出202种浮游植物,隶属于7门86个属,其中以绿藻门和硅藻门种数最多,各占据了种类总数的36.14%和43.56%,说明了绿藻和硅藻为优势类群(优势类群是按照生物密度确定的).依据Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Margalef种类丰富度指数和Pielou均匀度指数判断潭江春季水体总体为轻度污染水体.A phytoplanktonie investigation of Tanjiang river was conducted in March and July 2011. There were 202 species of phytoplankton belonging to 86 genera and 7 phyla identified altogether. Chlorphyta and Bacillariophyta which occupied 36.14% and 43.56% of the total species number were the most, indicating that the green algae and diatom were the dominant groups. According to the dominant species of phytoplankton, Tanjiang river had been contaminated and a eutrophication had emerged; Tanjiang river was/?-meso-polluted to oligo-polluted judging from phytoplankton community while it was clean or lightpolluted judging from Shannon-Wiener diversity index, Margalef species diversity index and Pielou evenness index. Tanjiang river was light-polluted or oligo-polluted judging from the above indicators in spring.
