摘　　要：结合建筑策划的概念,以代洲营村整村改造项目为例,对建筑策划在房地产项目中的应用进行了初步探讨,分别阐述了在房地产项目开发不同阶段的建筑策划要点,为今后房地产项目开发工作提供了借鉴和参考。Combining with the concept of the architectural planning, the paper has the primary exploration for the application of the architectural planning in real-estate programs by taking the reconstruction program of Yingcun in Daizhou as the example, and illustrates the architectural planning points at different stages of the real-estate programs, so as to provide the reference for the real-estate program development in future.
