摘　　要：分析了区域创新环境对区域创新能力的影响。利用因子分析方法,对2005—2009年我国31个省(自治区、直辖市)的区域创新环境进行了定量测度,并对区域创新环境的地区差异进行分析。研究结果表明,我国区域创新环境呈东-中-西、由高到低的梯形差异分布。采用聚类分析方法,将我国31个省(自治区、直辖市)分为三类,以其为对象,建立面板数据计量模型,实证分析三类地区的区域创新环境对其创新能力的影响。结果显示,区域创新环境对创新能力有显著影响,影响不同类型地区的创新能力的主要环境因素不同。This paper analyzes the effect of regional innovation environment on regional innovation capability. It measures the regional innova- tion environment of 31 provinces from 2005 to 2009 quantitatively by using the factor analysis method,and analyzes the difference in regional in- novation environment of provinces. The result shows that the regional innovation environment presents the differential distribution from the east to the west. Then it divides all of provinces and cities into three types by clustering analysis,and constructs the panel data model to analyze em- pirically the impacts of regional innovation environment of three types of regions on regional innovation eapahiltiy. The results show that regional innovation environment has obvious effects on regional innovation capabiltiy, and the environment factors influencing innovation capabilties of different types of regions are different.
