大学生职业发展教育体系探析与实践——以福州大学为例

摘　　要：在社会转型和高等教育改革的背景下,大学生的职业发展以及就业问题受到社会各界的高度重视。各地各高校在近几年大学生职业发展教育体系的构建过程中,取得了一些经验,同时也面临着一些困难。以福州大学在大学生职业发展教育的实施过程为例,对大学生职业发展教育体系的构建进行深入探讨。In the context of social transformation and reform of higher education, career development and employment problems of eoUege students are attached great importance to hy all sectors of the community. In recent years, during the process of building students career development education system, many universities gain some experience and face several difficulties at the same time. This paper adopts the specific practices of Fuzhou University students career development in the education process and has the further discussion of the building of students career development education system.
