摘　　要：主题词是表达文献主题并用于检索的规范化词语。主题词的规范与否,不但影响公文格式的规范性和公文的质量及其严肃性,同时直接影响档案利用中的检索效率和准确性。Subject words are standardized words for expressing theme and retrieval of literature. The selection standard of subject words will influence the normalization of document format, and the quality and serious of document; at the same time, will influence the efficien- cy and accuracy in utilization of archive.
