摘　　要：提出一种采用DSP作为主控制器,LCM(液晶显示模块)和字库芯片作为外设,在点阵LCD上显示ASCII字符与任意国标汉字的方法。给出了DSP与外设的硬件连接电路图和软件设计过程。特别是标准汉字库芯片GT23L32S4W的使用,不但省去了用软件提取字模的工作,而且为主控芯片节省了相当大的内存空间。实验结果表明该系统可以方便地显示任意中英文字符,效果良好,性能稳定,设计简洁,为嵌入式系统的显示提供了一个很好的解决方案。This paper puts forward a method of displaying ASCII characters and any standardized Chinese characters on a dot matrix LCD, which is using DSP as master controller, LCM （LCD module） and Chinese font chip as peripherals. Hardware electric circuit chart and software design procedure of DSP and peripherals are given. In particular, usage of the standard Chinese font chip GT23L32S4W not only makes the task of making character mold unnecessary but also saves a large memory for the master controller chip. The result of experiment indicates this design method displays any Chinese and western characters conveniently, showing good results, stability, simplify and providing a very good solution for display in the embedded system.
