摘　　要：介绍了在Windows XP系统下的电子警察设计方案。在VC6.0环境下开发,通过对Windows API的使用来实现系统的各项功能。该系统用于对各十字路口的闯红灯等违章行为进行全天候实时抓拍,主要完成违章行为的判断、相机的抓拍控制、车牌号的自动识别、照片相关信息的处理和网络上传,文中系统可以自动将抓拍图片上传到后台服务器,免人工干预。实际证明本系统有很好的表现。This paper introduces the design of electronic police system based on Windows XP system. It is developed under VC 6.0 IDE, and the various functions are realized through Windows API. It is used to capture pictures of vehicles violate the rules at the crossroads, and mainly performs judgment of behavior violate the rules, capturing control of cameras, automatic identification of car numbers, pictures processing and uploading. The system can upload the images into dedicated server by itself. It has also obtained good effect in the practical application.
