摘　　要：为了更好地实现建筑内的安全控制,设计了智能建筑的安全控制管理系统。对智能建筑控制系统的功能、系统结构、数据库模型及数据读写模块进行介绍。该系统采用VC++编程实现,在中国石油大学(华东)工科试验楼试运行效果良好,各项功能正常。In order to achieve better security controls of the building, the intelligent building control and management system is designed in the paper. The function, system architecture, database models and data read and write module of the intelligent building control systems is described. VC ＋ ＋ is used in the system, test run in engineering experiment building of China University of Petroleum to good effect, the function normal.
