采用XCF/KYF-24m^3大型充气式浮选机选钼的实践

摘　　要：XCF型吸浆式浮选机与KYF型浮选机联合使用 ,省去了中矿返回用的泡沫泵 ,实现钼硫选别作业水平配置 ,成功地取代了A型浮选机。粗选精矿品位提高 3% ,电耗降低 30 % ,油药消耗降低 2 5%～ 40 % ,叶轮定子寿命延长 1倍。实践证明 ,设备性能优越 ,工艺配置合理 ,经济效益显著。XCF pastes absorption flotation machine and KYF floation machine were used together,so the foam pump was omitted and molybdenum sulphur selective mining horizontal layout and arrangement was achieved.It can replace A floation machine successfully.Therefore,the grade of rough concentrates has increased by 3%,power consumption has decreased by 30%,oil and chemical reagent consumption has decreased by 25%～40%,and the service life of impeller stator has been one time that in the past.Practice proved that equipment property was excellent,technological layout and arrangement was rational and economic benefit was remarkable.
