摘　　要：独立学院作为新形势下探索高等教育办学机制的重大举措和改革,已经发展成为民办高等教育的重要组成部分。独立学院应充分认识其党建工作的特殊性和重要性,创新党建工作新思路,通过健全机制、队伍建设、组织建设,充分发挥党组织的政治核心作用和监督保障作用,促进独立学院和谐可持续发展。As an innovative and important step to explore school-running mechanism of tertiary education, independent colleges have become an important part of private higher education therefore they have to fully realize the importance of party construction, renovate thoughts on party construction, improve the mechanism, construet teams , develop the organization and to put the party＇s role as a political core and supervisor into full play so as to promote sustainable and harmonious development of independent colleges.
