摘  要:针对含金 17.3g/t、银 4 4 0 0g/t的炭质银精矿 ,提出了氰化浸金—强化提银两段浸出新工艺 ,并对其浸出过程进行了研究。研究结果表明采用先金后银工艺 ,避免了在氰化浸出过程中炭质物对提金过程的影响。在氰化浸出段 ,金、银的浸出率分别大于92 %和 70 % ;而残存在氰化渣中的部分难浸银可在后续的强氧化浸出段予以回收 ,使银的总浸出率可大于 95%A novel technology for the treatment of carbonaceous silver concentrate containing 17.3 g/t Au and 4400 g/t Ag was proposed, and its leaching processes for gold and silver were also investigated. It showed from study that leaching gold first and leaching silver after ward had eliminated potential harmful effect of carbonaceous materials on extraction of gold during cyaniding, and its extractions of gold and silver in this stage can reach 92% and 70% respectively. The milled fine cyaniding residue was further oxidized with ferric chloride solution, and most of silver in the residue was dissolved into leaching solution. Total extraction of silver will exceed 95%.
