摘 要:采用攀钢热轧板厂生产的低碳铝镇静钢热轧卷 ,在实验室进行了不同压下率对冷轧钢板深冲性能的影响试验。结果表明 ,冷轧压下率对常规力学性能和n值无明显影响 ,而对r值影响显著。对于含碳量 0 0 59%的低碳铝镇静钢 ,获得最大 r值的冷轧压下率为 73% ,而Δr值随冷轧压下率的提高单调减小。Effect of various reduction ratios on deep-drawing properties of cold rolled steel sheet has been investigated in laboratory with low carbon Al-killed and hot-rolled coils produced in Pangang hot rolled mill. It is concluded that cold rolled reduction ratio has no obvious effect on the conventional mechanical properties and n -value but effective effect upon? r -value. For the low carbon Al-killed steel with 0.059% carbon,the maximum -value is achieved at the reduction ratio of 73% and Δ r -value is monotonously reduced with the increment of cold rolling reduction ratio.
