摘　　要：从技术预见角度看,现代区域性科技创新服务平台建设应立足于科技创新服务的主体培育、资源整合、机制创新、功能完善和能力提升。试图通过对科技创新服务平台内涵任务、功能职责等的分析研究,提出未来区域性科技创新服务平台的建设路线和模式设计,力求构建基于服务企业自主创新、产业集聚发展和新农村建设的技术、信息、市场、人才、知识、政策、管理一体化现代区域科技创新服务模式。Based on the aspects of technical outlook,the construction of modern regional scientific innovation service platform should be based on the main body cultivation of scientific innovation services cultivation,resource integration,mechanism innovation,perfect function and capacity building.In this paper,by analysis of the connotation,task and function of the scientific innovation service platform,the construction route and pattern design of future regional scientific innovation service platform were proposed,in order to build a modern regional scientific innovation mode based on serving the enterprise independent innovation,development of industrial agglomeration and the integration of technology,information,market,talent,knowledge,policy,management in new rural construction.
