摘　　要：大学生就业指导教育问题,已日趋成为影响高校毕业生顺利就业的一个重要因素,因此正确分析大学生就业指导教育所面临的问题,并针对这些问题和大学生的实际情况,采取积极有效的措施,教育和引导他们走出就业困境,对提高学生就业质量和数量,推动和促进毕业生成功就业具有重要意义。本文对大学生就业指导教育面临的问题及其成因进行了论述,并提出了相应对策,以期为大学生就业问题提供参考。具有较重要的理论价值和实际意义。The employment guidance education of college students has become an important factor influencing college graduates to obtin employment,therefore the correct analysis of College Students＇ employment guidance education problems,aiming at these problems and students＇ actual situation,to take positive and effective measures,education and guide them to walk out of predicament for employment,improving students＇ employment quality and quantity,to promote and facilitate successful employment of graduates has important significance.In this paper The college students employment guidance education problems and its causes are discussed,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide reference for the employment problem of College students.There are important theoretical value and practical significance.
