专家型胫骨髓内针治疗胫骨远端骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察扩髓专家型髓内针(ETN)内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾分析本院采用扩髓ETN内固定治疗的16例胫骨远端骨折患者的临床资料,通过影像学资料和临床检查评估其治疗效果。结果所有患者骨折均愈合,无延迟愈合及不愈合,优13例,良3例,优良率100%。结论 ETN治疗胫骨远端骨折适应范围更广,是一种更安全方便牢固,创伤小,愈合快的方法。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of expert tibial nail（ETN） in the treatment of distal tibial fracture（DTF）.Methods The clinical data of 16 DTF patients who were internally fixed with ETN were retrospectively analyzed.The efficacy was evaluated by radiography and clinical examinations.Results The bone fractures of all patients were eventually healed without delayed union and nonunion.Thirteen cases were excellent and 3 cases good.The excellent and good rate was 100%.Conclusion ETN is safe and more convenient in the treatment of DTF with less invasive damage and faster recovery of bone union.
