转化糖电解质注射液对择期手术患者血糖及电解质的影响

摘　　要：目的研究转化糖电解质注射液对择期手术患者血糖及电解质水平的影响。方法将60例择期手术患者随机分为3组,分别给予转化糖电解质注射液(A组)、10%葡萄糖注射液(B组)以及乳酸钠林格注射液(C组)静滴,对比3组患者滴完后0 h、1 h以及2 h时血糖以及电解质的变化以及不良反应。结果 A组滴完后血糖水平有所升高,但滴完后2 h迅速恢复至接近输液前水平;B组滴完后血糖水平明显升高,且升高幅度明显高于A组,至滴完后2 h仍显著高于输液前;C组滴完后血糖水平略降低,且持续至滴完后2 h,此时血糖水平明显低于输液前。B组对于K+的补充疗效较A组差,而C组对于Na+、Cl-、Ca2+水平的影响更大。3组不良反应发生率无显著差异。结论转化糖电解质注射液对择期手术患者的能量供给以及电解质平衡的调节具有确切疗效,且安全可靠,值得推广。Objective To study the influence of invert sugar injection and electrolytes on blood glucose and electrolytes of patients with elective surgery.Methods Sixty patients undergoing elective surgery were randomly divided into three groups,which received invert sugar injection（group A）,10% glucose injection（group B）,and lactated ringer injection（group C）,respectively.The waves of blood glucose and electrolytes 0 h,1 h and 2 h after drops,and adverse reactions in the three groups were compared.Results The level of blood glucose increased in group A after drops,but 2 h after drops it almost recovered to the normal level.The blood glucose increased obviously in group B after drops,the increasing degree was larger than that in group A,and the level 2 h after drops was still higher than that before injection.The level of blood glucose in group C after drops decreased slightly,and lasted for 2 h after drops.At that time,the level of blood glucose was obviously lower than that before injection.The complement effect on K＋ in group B was worse than that in group A,while the influence on levels of Na＋,Cl-,Ca2＋ in group C was larger.The incidence rates of adverse events in the three groups showed no significant significance.Conclusion The invert sugar injection is effective in providing energy and regulating electrolyte balance for patients undergoing elective surgery.It′s safe,reliable and worthy of promotion.
