摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠合并Gitleman综合征的临床特点及其护理。方法回顾性分析3例妊娠合并Gitleman综合征的临床资料和护理体会。结果 3例患者均表现为怀孕后引起疾病,主要表现为低血钾碱中毒,血浆肾素活性增高而血压正常。并根据尿钙明显减少及低血镁,诊断为妊娠合并Gitleman综合征。结论通过护士全面细致的观察病情,做出预见性的评估,实施全面整体的护理措施,促进了患者的康复。Objective To explore the clinical features and nursing of pregnancy complicated with Giteman syndrome.Methods The clinical data and nursing of 3 cases of pregnancy complicated with Giteman syndrome were retrospectively analyzed.Results The symptoms of three pregnant women mainly included hypokalemic alkalosis,hyperreninemia with normal blood pressure,decreasing urine calcium and hypomagnesemia.Those women were diagnosed as Giteman syndrome.Conclusion Nurses can make a foreseeing evaluation carefully observing the progression of disease and implement overall nursing measure to promote the recovery of patients.
