导乐陪伴分娩产时服务模式对分娩的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨实施导乐陪伴分娩产时服务模式对分娩的影响。方法将400例产妇分为两组,观察组200例实施导乐陪产服务模式,对照组200例采用常规产时服务模式。结果观察组产妇满意度、自然分娩率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而产时干预、产程时间、剖宫率、产后出血率、新生儿窒息发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论导乐陪产服务模式能有效地改善分娩结局,促进自然分娩,有利于提高产科质量,保证母婴安全,值得推广。Objective To discuss the influence of doula service mode on delivery.Methods A total of 400 lying-in women were divided into observation group（n=200） and control group（n=200）.The observation group received doula delivery service mode while the control group received conventional delivery service mode.Results The satisfactoriness rate and natural childbirth rate were higher in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.Labor intervention,labor duration,cesarean section rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate and newborn suffocation rate were significantly lower than in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Doula delivery service model can effectively improve delivery outcomes,promote natural childbirth,enhance the quality of obstetrics and ensure the mother and child.Thus it is worthy of wider application.
