摘　　要：目的探讨内源性眼内炎患者的临床护理方法,以使内源性眼内炎得以早期诊断和有效治疗。方法对收治的3例(4只眼)内源性眼内炎患者进行临床护理观察,详细了解病情,密切观察病情变化,并根据其全身情况严格做好眼部护理,适时做好患者的心理护理、饮食护理、健康宣教。结果患者的焦虑、恐惧情绪逐渐缓解,积极配合各种检查、治疗护理,使内源性眼内炎得到了及时的诊断和正确的治疗。结论内源性眼内炎是一种严重危害视功能的眼科急症,做好相应的临床护理,对早期诊断和及时有效治疗十分必要。Objective To explore the clinical nursing of the patients with endogenous endophthalmitis in order to make patients with endogenous endophthalmitis receive early diagnosis and effective treatment.Methods Three patients（4 eyes） with endogenous endophthalmitisour were clinically observed in our hospital.We kept a close eye to the progression of the disease.According to the general conditions of patients,we strictly did eye care,psychological care,dietary care,and heath education to those patients.Results The anxiety and fear of those patients alleviated gradually,and they actively cooperated with the various screening,treatment and nursing.The endogenous endophthalmitis was timely diagnosed and properly treated.Conclusion Endogenous endophthalmitis is a serious hazard to visual function in ophthalmic emergency.Relevant clinical nursing is necessary for early diagnosis and timely and effective treatment.
