采用螺旋电极导线行右室流出道间隔部起搏的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨采用螺旋电极导线行右室流出道间隔部起搏的临床护理要点。方法以5例诊断为恶性心律失常的患者为研究对象,通过采用螺旋电极导线行右室流出道间隔部起搏的治疗方法,并对整个护理过程进行总结。结果 5例患者行右室流出道间隔部起搏后取得良好的治疗效果,无护理并发症发生。结论螺旋电极导线行右室流出道间隔部起搏与常规右室心尖部起搏相比较,更有利于患者双心室同步收缩,改善心功能,更符合人的生理状态。Objective To explore the clinical nursing strategies of active fixation leads in patients with right ventricular septum pacing. Methods Five patients with malignant arrhythmia were selected and treated with active fixation leads in right ventricular septum pacing, and the whole clinical nursing process was summarized. Results All 5 patients achieved desirable therapeu- tic effect after receiving active fixation leads in right ventricular septum pacing. No nursing compli- cations were observed. Conclusion Compared with routine active fixation leads in right ventricular apex pacing, the active fixation leads in right ventricular septum pacing has more benefits in such aspects as synchronous constriction in two ventricles, improvement of heart function and adaptation of human physiology status.
