摘　　要：目的探讨拇指处静脉行浅静脉留置的护理体会。方法回顾性分析47例拇指处静脉行浅静脉留置临床护理资料。结果拇指处静脉行浅静脉留置平均可静脉输液6.1 d,且无并发症发生。结论当患者静脉条件差时拇指处静脉行浅静脉留置是很好的选择。Objective To explore the nursing experience of superficial venous indwelling in thumb vein. Methods The clinical data of 47 patients who received superficial venous indwelling in thumb vein were retrospectively analyzed. Results The average duration of intravenous infusion in thumb vein with superficial venous indwelling was 6.1 days. No complications were observed. Con- clusion When the condition of the vein is poor, superficial venous indwelling in thumb vein proves to be a good choice.
