老年人工膝关节置换术患者的康复护理

摘　　要：目的探讨老年人工膝关节置换术患者的合理康复护理方法。方法 120例行人工关节置换术的老年患者随机分为人性化康复护理组和常规护理对照组,各60例。人性化康复护理组的老年患者进行一般护理,同时进行心理护理,肌肉和关节康复训练等。常规护理对照组的患者则只采用一般护理。结果人性化康复护理组的老年患者术后3个月的膝关节HSS疼痛评分、功能评分、肌力评分、活动度评分、屈膝畸形评分、满意度评分均大于常规护理对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年人工膝关节置换术的合理人性化康复护理方法可有效减少并发症的发生,提高患者膝关节的预后情况,恢复滑膜的运动功能。Objective To explore the method of rehabilitation nursing care of elderly pa- tients with knee arthroplasty. Methods 120 cases of artificial joint replacement surgery in elderly patients were randomly divided into humane rehabilitation care group and usual care control group, all 60 cases. Humane rehabilitation care group in elderly patients in general care, psychological care, muscle and joint rehabilitation training. Usual care control group of patients only general care. Re- suits humane rehabilitation care group of elderly patients 3 months after HSS pain score, function score, muscle score, activity score, flexion deformity score satisfaction scores were greater than the usual care control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Reasonable rehabilitation of humane methods of care for elderly workers knee arthroplasty can be effective in reducing the incidence of complications, the prognosis of patients with knee and restore the motor function of the synovial membrane.
