摘　　要：主要叙述了目前在真空冷冻干燥行业中已较广泛使用的替代制冷工质R404A尚存在温室效应值较高这一主要缺点。所以R404A仍存在再被替代的可能;探讨了绿色环保制冷剂R290未来替代R404A的可能性。This paper mainly introduced the present in the vacuum freeze-drying machine is widely used in the working R404A alternative refrigeration, and the mainly shortcoming is greenhouse effect value still higher. So R404A still may be replaced. Discussing the green environmental protection refrigerants R290 will replace R404A possibility in future.
