摘　　要：建国以后,周恩来非常重视对外贸易工作,他直接领导和筹划了对外贸易事业,制订了很多符合国情世情的对外贸易的原则方法,包括强调对外经济来往对中国建设的重要性,把中国的对外贸易事业定位到与世界每一个国家进行交流合作,对外贸易要遵守国际市场规则,发展同其他国家的贸易关系要坚持独立自主、自立更生的原则,开展对外贸易要与外交结合起来等.学习和分析周恩来对外贸易思想对今天开展对外贸易和深化改革开放提供一些借鉴.After the country was established, Zhou Enlai attached importance to the foreign trade work and directly lead and arranged the foreign trade business. He developed a lot of policy measures of foreign trade according with national condition and world condition. The paper put stress on importance of foreign trade; locating China＇s foreign trade to exchange and cooperate with each country of the world; complying with the rules of the international market; insisting the rules of the independence and self-reliance when developed foreign trade with other countries; carrying out foreign trade should be combined with foreign affairs and so on. It can provide some reference for carrying out foreign and deepening reform and ooening through the analysis and learning of the Zhou Enlai＇s forelgn trade.
