摘 要:目的探讨医学院校大学生的焦虑情绪及其影响因素,为大学生心理健康教育及心理疾病预防提供依据。方法对1372名大学生采用自编一般社会学特征调查表、焦虑自评量表和青少年生活事件量表进行测评分析。结果医学院校大学生焦虑情绪检出率为38.99%;不同社会学特征的大学生焦虑检出率比较差异均有显著性(P〈0.05或0.01);大学生焦虑自评量表评分与青少年生活事件量表的受惩罚、丧失、健康适应和其他因子分呈显著正相关(P〈0.01);青少年生活事件量表的丧失、其他因子和男性、内向型性格类型、来源于城市是大学生产生焦虑情绪的危险因素(P〈0.05或0.01)。结论医学院校大学生的焦虑情绪检出率较高,影响因素众多,学校开展有针对性的心理健康教育,对提高大学生的心理健康水平具有重要意义。Objective To explore the anxiety emotion and influencing factors among medical college students in order to provide basis for students' mental health education and mental illness prevention. Methods Assessments were carried out with the Self-made General Sociological Characteristics Question- naire (SGSCQ), Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Checklist (ASLEC) among 1,372 college students. Results The detection rate of anxiety emotion among medical college students was 38.99 % ; there were significant differences in the detection rates among students with different sociological characteristics (P〈0.05 or 0.01); the score of the SAS was significantly positively related to punishment, loss, health adaptation and others of the ASLEC (P〈0.01); risk factors causing anxiety emotion of college students were loss, other factors, male, introversion and urban students (P〈 0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion The detection rate of anxiety emotion among medical college students is higher and influencing factors are numerous, purposeful mental health education has important significance for improving their mental health level.
