摘　　要：目的:对中药博落回的化学成分进行研究。方法:依次采用阳离子交换树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20 柱色谱法和重结晶等分离技术, 对博落回的生物碱进行分离。并运用多种光谱技术对所得生物碱的结构进行鉴定。结果:从博落回中分离并鉴定了 6 个苯并菲啶类异喹啉生物碱:6α-iso-butanonyldihydrosanguinarine (1), 6α-iso-butanonyldihydrochelerythrine (2), 6-丙酮基二氢血根碱(6-acetonyldihydrosanguinarine, 3), 6-丙酮基二氢白屈菜红碱(6-acetonyl-dihydrochelerythrine, 4), 二氢血根碱(dihydrosanguinarine, 5)、二氢白屈菜红碱(dihydrochelerythrine, 6)。结论:苯并菲啶类异喹啉生物碱是中药博落回的典型化学成分。化合物 1 和 2 为新化合物。AIM： To study the chemical constituents of Macleaya cordata （Willd.） R. Br. METHODS： Crude alkaloids were isolated and purified from the fruits with column chromatography of cation exchange, silica gel ad Sephadex LH-20 followed by re- crystallization. The structure elucidation was carried out by extensive spectroscopic methods. RESULTS： Two new benzophe- nanthridine isoquinoline alkaloids, 6a-iso-butanonyldihydrosanguinarine （1） and 6a-iso-butanonyldihydrochelerythrine （2）, along with other four known alkaloid compounds, 6-acetonyldihydrosanguinarine （3）, 6-acetonyldihydrochelerythrine （4）, dihydrosanguinarine （5） and dihydrochelerythrine （6） have been isolated from fruits of M. cordata collected in Anhui Province of China. CONCLUSION： Benzophenanthridine isoquinoline alkaloids are featured in M. cordata. Compounds I and 2 are new ones.
