摘　　要：推进产业结构优化升级是加快经济发展方式转变的主要途径和内容,对实现全面协调可持续发展具有重要意义。文章从产业结构化升级的内涵出发,分析了当前陕西产业结构优化升级面临的挑战;从加快转变农业发展方式、积极发展新兴产业和特色产业、加快发展现代服务业、优化产业布局、促进产业集聚发展、加大金融支持产业结构优化升级力度等角度,提出了进一步促进陕西产业结构优化升级的基本思路。Accelerating the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure is an important way to promote the transformation of the mode of economic development. The author analyzes the new challenges faeing the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of Shaanxi Province. Suggestions have been put forward from the transformation of the agricultural development mode, the evolution of the new industry and characteristic industry, optimizing the layout of the industry and strengthening the financial support.
