摘 要:四点接触球转盘轴承的载荷分布是其性能分析的重要内容。基于ABAQUS软件,首先建立单个钢球—滚道接触模型,分析了初始接触角及沟曲率半径因数对轴承轴向承载能力的影响;然后建立联合载荷作用下轴承的整体模型,分析了套圈壁厚、游隙及钢球数量对轴承载荷分布的影响。研究结果表明:在保证套圈壁厚的情况下,适当的负游隙及增大钢球数量可使轴承的载荷分布合理,并提高其承载能力。The load distribution of four-point contact ball slewing bearing has an important effect on its performance.A contact model of single ball and raceways was firstly established by ABAQUS,and the initial contact angle and the raceway curvature radius coefficient were changed regularly to obtain their effects on the axial carrying capacity.Then a half-ring model under combined loads was proposed to analyze the load distribution.By changing the influencing factors such as the effective wall thickness,clearance and ball number,some rules were found.The results indicate that higher carrying capacity and rigidness can be obtained with the sufficient wall thickness,proper negative clearance and ball number.
