山东口岸出入境人员传染性肺结核检出情况描述性流行病学分析及防控措施初探

摘　　要：目的掌握山东口岸出入境人员传染性肺结核相关情况,为制定有效的口岸传染性肺结核监测防控方法提供科学依据。方法收集山东口岸2005年至2011年传染性肺结核监测相关数据,以检出率为指标,按照职业类别、性别构成进行对比分析。结果经数据统计分析,山东口岸出入境人员传染性肺结核监测整体数量相对较为稳定,传染病检出率存在一定波动。结论目前山东口岸出入境人员传染性肺结核监测工作应以出国劳务及海员为主,入境人员以商务为主,重点监测年龄段为21-50岁青壮年人群。Objective To describe the epidemiological characteristics of the infectious tuberculosis among the en- try - exit personnel at Shandong Port, so as to provide a scientific basis for formulating prevention and control meth- ods. Methods Collect the data from 2005 to 2011 at Shangong port, analyze and compare according to the occu- pation category and gender composition based on the detection rate. Results According to the statistical analysis, the overall amount of infectious tuberculosis is relatively stable among the entry - exit personnel at Shandong Port, but the detection rate has some fluctuations. Conclusion The monitoring of infectious tuberculosis among the entry - exit personnel at Shandong ports should mainly focus on labor abroad, seamen and business personnel. Key ages are in young adults among 21 to 50.
