摘　　要：目的建立测定橘红胶囊中柚皮苷含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法采用Kromasil C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-醋酸(35∶61∶4),检测波长为283 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果柚皮苷质量浓度线性范围为21.76～108.80μg/mL,平均回收率为98.47%,RSD=0.66%(n=6)。结论所用方法简便、结果准确,能有效控制橘红胶囊的质量。Objective To develop a RP- HPLC assay for the determination of naringin in Juhong Capsules. Methods The method was carried out on a Kromasil CJ8 column. （150 mmx4. 6 mm,5 μm） using mobile phase consisted of CH3CN-H20-HAe（35 ：61：4） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and a 283 nm detection, Results The detector response for naringin is linear over the concentration range from 21.76 to 108.80 μg/mL. The average recovery was 98.47% with RSD of 0. 66% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and can be used for the quality control of Juhon~ Cansules_
