摘　　要：目的调查医院门急诊处方用药情况,提高合理用药水平。方法随机抽取门急诊处方88 423张,对处方书写及合理用药情况进行分析。结果不合格处方7 286张,不合格率为8.24%,主要表现在处方格式不规范和抗菌药物使用不合理等。结论处方用药情况基本合理,但仍存在问题,需要改进。Objective To investigate the medication situation of prescriptions in the outpatient and emergency departments of our hospital to improve the level of rational drug use. Methods 88 423 prescriptions from the outpatient and emergency departments were random- ly extracted. The prescription writing quality and the situation of rational drug use were analyzed. Results 7 286（8.24% ） prescrip- tions were found to be unqualified, which appeared mainly as nonstandard format of prescriptions and ilTational use of antibacterial drugs, etc. Conclusion The drug use in prescriptions from the outpatient and emergency departments is basically rational. But some problems still exist,which needs to be improved further.
