摘 要:为了抑制热烧结矿在降温过程中因正硅酸钙 ( 2CaO·SiO2 )相变所引起的粉化现象 ,对烧结配料进行了配加硼酸添加剂的实验研究 ,同时利用岩相分析法和XDR图谱对硼酸的作用机理进行了研究 结果表明 ,每吨原料配加 1 3kg硼酸能明显抑制热烧结矿的粉化现象 ,成品率和强度都得到了提高 ;B2 O3在较低的温度下能和某些金属氧化物生成低熔点化合物 ,从而加快烧结反应速度 。Boric acid was added to the raw material to constrain the pulverization,which happens in the process of temperature falling after agglomeration because of the phase transition of calcium orthosilicate (2CaO·SiO 2) The study of the addition mechanism via analyzing of some lithofacial pictures and XRD atlas of sinter indicates that pulverization was restrained obviously by adding 1.3 kg boric acid to 1 t raw material.As a result,the strength and the rate of finished products are raised.Some low melting compounds are gained from the mixture of B 2O 3 and some metal oxides in low temperature.The ratio of reaction is accelerated,and the amount of orthosilicate is decreased.
