摘  要:用燃烧法成功合成了纳米Y2O2S:Eu3+,Mg2+,Ti4+红色长余辉发光材料,采用X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、荧光光谱仪(PL)对样品进行了物相组成、显微形貌、激发发射光谱等进行了表征.样品的主要组成为Y2O2S;呈厚度为40~70 nm,直径为100~200 nm的纳米片;在626 nm和617 nm处有强烈的红色发射.与固相法比较,激发光谱略有蓝移.NanocrystallineY202S: Eu3+, Mg2+, Ti4+ red long afterglow phosphor was successfully fabricated by combustion synthesis. The phase composition, morphology and luminescence properties were investigated by X- ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and photolumineseence (PL) spectra. The morphology of the sample was circular nanosheets with thickness in range of 40-70 nm and diameter in range of 100~200 nm. The Y202S: Eu3+, Mg2+, Ti4+exhibited strong red emission at 626 nm and 617 nm. Compared Y202S: Eu3+, Mg2+, Ti4+ material, the excitation peak of nanocrystalline phosphor showed apparent excitation spectrum. with the bulk blue-shift in
