含氮马氏体化处理及其在剪毛机刀片上的应用

摘　　要：工具钢采用短时间渗氮 ,表层可获得含氮马氏体 含氮马氏体化处理 (N M 处理 )工艺 ,用于不同钢种所加工的剪毛机刀片 ,实际应用取得了良好的效果 从摩擦学和金属学方面阐明了剪毛机刀片采用N M 处理 。N.M.(nitrogen contained martensitizing)treatment is presented in which the tool steel was nitrided for a short period of time,nitrogen went into solid solution,and nitrogen contained martensite in the surface layer could be obtained.N.M.treatment had a good effect on the blades for sheep shear in practical use.Because of the N.M.treatment,the service life of blades for sheep shear is prolonged to a great extent,and its cause is also explained by the principles of tribology and metallography.
