摘　　要：介绍鞍钢宽厚板厂步进式加热炉的工艺流程，并分析其Ａ３Ａ控制系统的板坯测长、炉前板坯对中定位、推钢机定位、步进梁行程定位、出钢机定位等全自动控制功能。To introduce the technological process of walking-beam reheating furnace in Wide and Thick Plate Works of Anshan iron and Steel Group Co, and analyze the full automatic control functions of A3A control system for walking-beam reheating furnace, including slab length measuring, slab centring and positioning in front of the furnace, pusher positioning, walking-beam positioning and extractor positioning etc.
