摘　　要：美国1787年宪法是世界历史上第一部成文宪法,并被美国沿用至今。美国立宪成功的因素很多,其根本在于建构理性与经验理性的有机结合,具体表现在:美国既通过理性的行为和榜样建立并维持立宪政府体制,又保持求真务实的精神,正视社会存在的多元利益冲突,并通过妥协化解政治矛盾。The 1787 U. S Constitution is the first written constitution in the world which is virtuous till now. Its suc- cess owes to many reasons, and the essence lies in the combination of constructive ration and empirical ration. It is realized by the following ways： the U. S government establishes and maintains constitutional government by rational activity and model setting up, insists on pragmatic spirits, stresses on beneficial conflict in society, and solves po- litical contradiction by compromise.
