摘 要:针对碳热还原工艺的特点 ,选择了以氟碳铈精矿燃烧矿、还原碳粉和粘结剂为原料 ,冷压内配碳稀土精矿造块工艺。以内配碳稀土精矿团块为对象 ,研究了不同造块条件下团块的强度性能 ,讨论了矿粉粒度对团块强度的影响 ,成功地用于指导工业生产。测定了团块的密度、孔隙度和抗爆性 ,并简略地描述了团块的内部结构。Based on the characteristics of the carbon thermal reduction process,the agglomeration method briquetted with the roasted rare earth Concentrate Ore,reducing agent carbon powder and the binder agent was determined.The influences of the agglomeration conditions and the grain size of the concentrate ore on the dropping impact strenth and compressive strenth of the rare earth concentrate ore briquette containing carbon were investigated.The results were used to direct the industral product successfully.The apparent density.porosity and tendency to powder of the lumps were also measured,and the microstructure of the lump was described roughly.
