河北省体育专业大学生就业形势分析及对策研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和综合分析法,对河北省体育专业大学生就业问题进行调查与分析。结果表明,河北体育专业毕业生择业观念较为传统,就业预期与实际就业情况差距很大;知识结构单一,人文素养缺乏。针对以上情况并结合对当前就业形势的分析,指出政府应加强大学生就业政策的有效实施;学校应注重学生综合素质的培养,全方位开展创新创业教育;学生应及早制订人生发展规划,确定职业发展方向,强化自身素质。旨在促进河北体育专业大学生更好就业。Adopting the methods of literature review, questionnaire, statistics and comprehensive analysis, the paper investigates the employment problems of college students who are majored in Physical Education in Hebei Province. It shows that P. E. college students encounter with much more difficulties compared with the students in other majors in terms of employment situa tion. The problems are deeply rooted in traditional concept of occupation, the gap between personal intention and actual job, and a general lack of humanistic knowledge and professional competence. The paper proposes the following strategies. First of all, the effective implementation of the employment policy of the college students is strengthened by the government. Secondly, the school is based on the social demands which are focusing on the cultivation of students＇ humanistic qualities and at the same time carrying out a full range of innovation and entrepreneurship education to enhance the entrepreneurial capacity of college students. Finally, students are encouraged to make a life development planning in advance, and the orientation of occupation development is formulated and the learning is much more planned and targeted. In order to lay the foundation for future employment, the pro- fessional qualities of students with strong planning and execution are fostered intentionally.
