摘　　要：对含铝 5% 6mm的锌铝共晶合金丝进行了试验研究 ,解决了粗坯难于盘圆及生产过程中增强锌铝合金塑性甚至超塑性的问题。阐述了合金丝的生产工艺 ,讨论了过程影响因素 ,文章最后概括了生产技术条件 ,为锌铝共晶合金丝的生产奠定了技术基础。This paper described the developing process of zinc aluminum eutectic alloy wire,which is of 5% Al content,6 mm in diameter.Some difficult problems are sovled successfully,i.e.a continuous casting wire how to coils itself up and how to increases its plasticity even superplasticity.The effect factors of process are discussed and the productive conditions are summaried at the end in the paper.It provided the technique basis for producing zinc aluminum eutectic alloy wire.
