国际教育背景下的中国社会工作专业课程体系设计探索

摘　　要：从分析社会工作教育的国际背景和课程体系设计的国际趋势出发,提出了中国社会工作专业课程体系设计的设想,认为应确立以培养通才社工为基础、以专才社工为方向的人才培养目标,并从明确社会工作者应具备的专业能力入手,组织与建构专业课程,进而根据课程性质和目标选择并组织课程内容。Based on the analysis of international background of social work education and international trend of curriculum system design,this paper puts forward the envisagement of China＇s social work professional curriculum system design. The author considers that we should organize and construct professional courses, select and organize courses content according to the courses nature and target from the professional ability that social workers should have under the foundation of training zeneral social workers and the obiective of training specialized social workers.
